When Charlotte Keezer Returned to Arthur Murray

[Originally published November, 2013]

Ladies and gentlemen, may I have your attention please.

We want to officially welcome back Charlotte to the Arthur Murray family!

Charlotte, a former instructor at the Livermore studio location, is returning to us as the new morning Office Manager in our Walnut Creek studio.

Welcome Back Charlotte

Originally from Walnut Creek, Charlotte is excited to be back home and is ready to strap her dancing shoes back on! In addition to her dance experience, she also has a strong background in the visual arts.

So, don’t be surprised if those Friday night party decorations get taken up a notch.

There's No Place Like Home

Charlotte has a variety of work experience under her belt, but when asked about her reason for coming back to Arthur Murray’s she said,

“There’s just no other place like it! Everyone you meet is so kind and supportive…both teachers and students. Where else do people clap for you no matter what you do? It’s just a fun place to be, and I’m so excited to be back!”

Fast Forward to 2018

Since this article was originally published, Charlotte has had quite an incredible path in her Arthur Murray career.

She's been a featured speaker at AM training conventions.

She's been an All Star Winner as an Administrator - making her the top overall customer service skills professional in the admin category.

She's been promoted to management, becoming the New Student Counselor in Walnut Creek.

In the All Star competition in 2017, not only did she advance to the finals in the Counselor category, but she was part of the winning team, making her the top All Star counselor in the world.

Final Thought

There have been numerous awards and accolades, but knowing Charlotte, it comes back to the development of her team, constantly refining the experience for the student body, and cultivating that same warm and inviting environment that brought her back to Arthur Murray all those years ago.
