And in record time.
Maude Productions have gradually become the go-to photo and video company for many Arthur Murray events, and we decided to find out the whole story.
MP: We started this crazy adventure in the summer of 2012, so just over 4 years ago

TarynOwner and Lead Photographer. With over eight years of experience in ballroom photography, Taryn really cares about capturing the art of dancing in each individual she shoots, and we think her work speaks for itself! |

HeatherOwner and Production Manager. Heather is the one running the show-from representing Maude Productions and taking care of each student’s individual needs to behind-the-scenes managing a crew of 8-28 people & making sure things run smoothly, she’s making it all happen. |
We also have crew of some amazing staff that come to most events with us. They Include Nicole (Supervisor), Michaela, (Production Assistant), and Kurtis (Photographer). We wouldn’t be where we are without them.
MP: Tyler and Taryn grew up around ballroom dancing and both had previous experience in their fields. Then Tyler married Heather, and the trio was born! Ever since our first event over four years ago at a small showcase in Southern California, the response from students and staff has been amazing. With our quality, reliability, and great customer service, we kept getting contacted to do more and more AM events, and we couldn’t be more excited about it! We love working with Arthur Murray because everyone involved is so happy, excited and kind! Maude Pro is now doing most DORs around the country, along with multiple regional showcases.
MP: We could say good planning and storyboarding, but the truth is, Tyler is INSANE. He does whatever it takes to make it happen. And the many years in the industry filming and editing definitely helps ;)

MP: A good announcer! Seriously, we think the announcer has such an essential role in keeping the day on or ahead of schedule, helping everyone feel good, and making sure everyone knows what’s going on!
MP: Tyler and Heather have quite a few projects going on together. They have a successful wedding video/photo company, Paper Bird Weddings (paperbirdweddings.com), and Tyler does a lot of freelance advertising and creative work. He’s recently done some work with Yahoo, Intel, Reggie Watts, and Kate Nash. Taryn is finishing up her photography degree right now and doing freelance work on the side. She’s currently preparing a big Jerusalem trip for a gallery project she’s working on.
