Teaching the jazz, tap, and ballet dancers of tomorrow. After years of teaching, in 2013 she opted for a change: ballroom and latin dancing, one of the few unchartered areas of her dance landscape. It didn’t take long for her to recognize that having a way with young people still translates well to the young at heart. Now, this up and coming instructor has been recognized on the national level for her work with new students… and that’s just the beginning of a whole new Arthur Murray expedition.
Eva's role as the Dance Director at the Arthur Murray Livermore studio showed the staff and students her enthusiasm and leadership skills. That track record created an opportunity for Eva to join the staff at the new Arthur Murray San Francisco location, and to earn a promotion along the way.
Eva is now the New Student Counselor of Arthur Murray San Francisco. She's responsible for helping brand new students make the transition from the outside world, into a new ballroom dancing hobby. These moves, and some others, were featured in the article: Arthur Murray San Francisco Has New Moves. Alongside her co-manager, Chris Rhett, and with a wonderful staff and student body, 321 Divisadero should be an Arthur Murray mainstay for years to come.
