We are going to make a bold prediction - Chris Kattan will revive his role as Doug Butabi from A Night at the Roxbury. It's about as certain as Witney Carson's Season 23 celebrity, Vanilla Ice, performing to his hit song "Ice, Ice, Baby".

One thing you can definitely plan on is some hilarious outtakes in the rehearsal footage. This doesn't mean he's going into "Mango-mode", but you can bet he's going to have a great sense of humor, and interesting facial expressions for certain.
2. He's Been Out of the Scene
As a Saturday Night Live alum, and right hand man to guys like Will Ferrell, it's a shame that Kattan has been under the radar this long. Let's hope this season of DWTS reminds America, and the network executives, of his talent.

From a failed marriage, to drunk driving, like many former Hollywood stars, Kattan has had his share of trouble. Dancing with the Stars could shed some light on the positive areas in Kattan's life, and rebuild an image that has been largely out of the spotlight.

Interestingly enough, the Groundlings runs in the family for Kattan as his father was also a former member of the troupe.

Since his departure from SNL in 2003, Kattan has had guest roles on shows like How I Met Your Mother, The Middle, and even appeared on Celebrity Cook-off in 2014 - where he was the first person eliminated.

Final Thought
No one could have predicted that Will Ferrell would be the star he is today. As the star shined brighter for Ferrell, it seemed to dim on Kattan, and anyone else in a scene with him. DWTS 24 will give Kattan the platform, and there won't be a once in a generation comedic legend stealing the attention.
Let's just hope he doesn't dress as Mango all season.
